Meeting with my surgeon for Pre-Op

I have my pre-op appointment Monday, so these suggestions are helpful to me, too! 

Here is my list so far...

-How long will surgery Take?
-Do we have a surgery time yet?
-What size boughie?
-Will I have a Catheter?
-Is the staple line over sewn or glued?
-Is a drain left in and if it is when does it come out?
-Do I have to do a Bowel Prep?
-What prescriptions will I have post-op? (For Indigestion?)
-What level of pain should I expect and how should I prepare to treat it?
-What Should I Bring to the Hospital?
         Throat Spray
         Gas-X Strips

-What do I need to have ready at home (both food and medicine)?
-What specific diet should I follow immediately after hospital stay?
-Long term multivitamins; some say 2X the dosage some say single dosage and other say VSG does not have malabsorption       so do we even need to take them long term as long if labs come back at proper levels?

-How do I take my pills post surgery, crushed?
-After I’m healed up how many ounces should I target to eat at each meal?
