LOL, that's a perfect quote to use! Oh and I'm a 40f and have done just fine, but then I also don't try to test the limits of my smaller stomach. I measure and log all my food and in the long run thats what works!
Jeff, my surgeon uses a 34 bougie because he said there are less probabilities of getting a stricture. He also said that the size differences are not hugely different.
