Way to bust out of that stall; no matter HOW you did it- you're on the move downward again.  Whoop-eeeeeee

  goal!!! August 20, 2013   age: 59  High weight: 345 (June, 2011)  Consult weight: 293 (June, 2012)  Pre-Op: 253 (Nov., 2012) Surgery weight: 235 (Dec. 12, 2012) Current weight: 145

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!

Good job, Mom!  I think I'm experiencing a little stall myself.  I'll try to add more fats from Keith's advise and get in a few walks this weekend.  I think it's because I've been lazy with my exercise.

Congrats on your stall breaking.  As for the straws...I'm completely on board with you!  I waited a few weeks post op and then started using them again.  I've always been able to consume more fluids when I use them and found I still do.  And considering I struggle with getting my liquids in, if a straw helps...then that's what I'm using!  So far, no problems with extra air/gas.
