TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
Congrats on your stall breaking. As for the straws...I'm completely on board with you! I waited a few weeks post op and then started using them again. I've always been able to consume more fluids when I use them and found I still do. And considering I struggle with getting my liquids in, if a straw helps...then that's what I'm using! So far, no problems with extra air/gas.
