I think that Easter Bunny is the devil
Mr. Hippity Hop stopped by our house this morning. There's so many goodies for the kids that I'm getting a sugar high just looking at it all! (I did NOT buy all of this!) Cadbury eggs (my weakness), Reese's eggs, Cookies and Cream bunnies...THIS. IS. BULLCRAP! lol
Hubby DID pick a little something up for me. He picked up a tiny bag of M&M's (fun sized) and put it away. He said it was on the higher end of my plan, but it was there just in case I needed a fix. lol Bless his heart, he's trying. I haven't touched it, yet, but it is nice to have something set aside just for me.
After dinner, he's going to put the girls' goodies away and ration them. I'm not allowed to know where they are. He's doing his best to help me during this. Easter is eeeeeeeeeeeviiiiiiil!
I am having surgery tomorrow! So its clear liquids today for me. That is what I did with the Easter candy that my MIL sent for the kids put it in a bag and gave it to hubby until it was time to fill and hide the eggs... when we got it out turns out HE ate most of it! lol There was still plenty for the kiddos and lucky for my hubby he can eat a ton of it and it wont bother him a bit.
The furry eared guy stopped by our house too ! My daughter gets so much stuff that I went pretty light on the candy and filled her basket with flip flops and hair ties and some other girl stuff , I'm pretty sure she is suspicious of the rabbit anyways .
My downfall is black jelly beans ....oh how I love them but will not eat them ..at least not now
Be strong girl you can do it ! You have done so good so far ! Bless your husbands heart for getting you the minis for a treat ! So... They have these mini Cadbury cream eggs now. So small one can put one in their mouth and cru**** against the roof of their mouth with their tongue.
I'd not had a Cadbury egg in 5-6 years... the real size ones would have killed me allergy wise before... but I do consume a little of the things I can't have so I have some tolerance (instead of having serious reactions without warning in public)... I was at a friends place... She's had WLS also. We both tried it...
It was not nearly as "good" as my mind thought it was, and she was pretty much repulsed by them and they were her fave also.
Apparently my taste buds have grown up and I "don't like" that kind of chocolate. Go figure. *shrug*
Not sure if knowing that will help... or hinder you.
Darned if I am not a tad bit pouty to know I will likely never want another in my entire life.
*grin* I tend to have sugar spikes that very quickly make me never want something again so I was thinking... oh good. Another 6 years out of my system if it makes me sick. Not on this one (I would do anything to trade this with the things that do set me off FYI).
Bah... just didn't taste "good'. Equally effective i think.
