I'm not on MFP, but I did want to chime in and say- Tracking is SO helpful for getting back on track :) My weight started creeping up a little, and I've found that I do my best when I track my food and excercise faithfully. When I just let myself eat whatever, and don't track, I find that I stop working out, stop weighing myself and BAM gain weight.
