MFP do-over! Need some pals!
thanks guys!!!!!! going right there now! tracked yesterday and discovered that i ate 1600 cals and only 40g of protein. and a LOT of crap. the funny thing is that presurgery i tracked for my NUT for about 2 years on Daily Plate -- and that was when i was just supposed to keep to 1500 cals and was eating WAAAAAY more. wierd. anyway, MFP seems to have more potential for support (like you lovely people!), so i'm going to give it a try!
Love you guys loads. trying to take the shame out of the equation by just putting every stinking thing down. also, hope this lets me see what some of you successful folks are doing! i feel successful in that i have lost 105 lbs and am a very happy size 12. BUT i've gained a few pounds, just a few, and that's just gotta stop NOW!!!!
