Body Dysmorphia

That's the topic at tonight's support group. The psychologist coming is actually a WLS patient herself. We're going to be covering all the different forms of BDD, and how to go about getting help. We're also going to be going into deep conversation about how we feel about our bodies. (Why do I picture the part of Fried Green Tomatoes where they're all trying to look at their vajayjays with mirrors?) I'm really excited about it. :) Not the vajayjay part...that's just...yeah.

And why do I think of Honey Boo Boo's expression "vagiggle gaggle"?  Not the same as vajayjay, but sounds similar.  I wish we had a good support group in my area.  Since I teach, I might try to attend some in the summer...I'll need to travel 2.5 hours to get there, but maybe it'll be worth it.

This can be a really tough subject... I struggle with this sometimes after hitting goal.
