RTD protein shakes, string cheese or light baby bell cheese, hard boiled egg (premade of course).

For me - breakfast every day is 2 string cheese.  Easy and no thought required!

Greek yogurt is also a good choice!

I do 2 breakfasts - have from very early on. First is a protein coffee. That holds me until about 10:00 am. then I have a greek yogurt, which will keep me until lunch time.

This is now my routine and requires no thought whatsoever.

I eat cottage cheese with unprocessed bran stirred into it. Or Fage 2% greek yogurt with bran and torani syrup. I eat one or the other on my drive in to work, and about 2 and a half hours later, I have a chocolate premier RTD shake on my first break. I don't want to eat a solid snack then, because I need to work on fluid intake at that point in my day.

I've been living on the bites from eggface.  Nuke them as you head out the door and they are delicious.  Lots of different varieties.  YUM,

I keep smoked salmon and cream cheese in 2-oz chunks in little tupperwares. I keep lots of things like this: 2 or 3 oz of steak or pork in baggies, correct portions of lasagne/cassaroles in tupperwares etc. I eat all/any of these for any/all meals, I don't care what it is, as long as it's the correct portion and i'm getting my protein and calories in.

It works if you work it; it sorta works if you sorta work it; and it doesn't work if you don't work it.
