Coconut flour and oil?
Amazon carries coconut oil and I buy the fresh organic shredded coconut in bulk and pulverize it in my food processor until it is flour like consistency. You could probably find what you are looking for at a whole foods grocer. I live in a small town and Amazon works well for me. The barand of coconut oil I use is Nutiva, it makes a difference.

If you're using it as a replacement for wheat flour in baking, beware! Coconut flour soaks up A LOT of liquid, so you need to use more liquid than you normally would. Most recipes call for a combination of coconut and almond flour (or almond meal, same thing, meal is just made with the almond skins on, flour is with skinned almonds), and adjustments to the liquid ingredients. i recommend searching around on the net for recipes, so you get the proportions right. Note, coconut flour and almond flour make things much denser/heavier than wheat flour. It's not going to rise like regular baked goods and doesn't produce exactly the same product, but it's certainly acceptable!
If you're using coconut flour to dredge things, it should work 1:1.
You can find coconut oil just about anywhere, even in most regular grocery stores these days. You can get coconut flour online, or if your store has a section with Bob's Red Mill products, you can probably find it there.
Good luck!
I use it to coat things, like fish, chicken, etc. I use it to make pancakes, along with flax seed and whole wheat flour, for my family .
It has a definite coconut flavor, but not strong or sweet. I have used it to cut the flour in bread recipes as well. There are some good recipes out there, just google it :)
We picked up a little bag at Whole Foods, it was around $8 for 1 pound. You can get it online for $35/5# I used it to make chicken parm, and just used it very very lightly. Funny thing, we only had unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze for milk, so I dunked in that and then dredged in coconut flour, and it was quite tasty! I added a lot of seasonings, like seasoned salt, garlic, pepper, oregano, & basil. It cut the sweet, but it was still an undertone.
I'm not sure how the consistency would be in a bread recipe, but the sweetness would probably make it more of a Hawaiian roll flavor. Deilcious, but not your run of the mill bread flavor. Lot of great recipes out there. Good luck!!
I can get both at my regular grocery store Publix. If you have one near you they have them in the Greenwise sections of the baking aisle. Whole foods carries it and any near by health food store wil have them. You certainly could order it on amazon as well.
I have been using both coconut flour as well as almond flour. I have found the almond flour works our well as a filler but the coconut flour behaves more like wheat flour and seems to expand a bit.
