Holy cow!! 3 weeks! Girl i am an r.n. and that is waaaaaay tooo long! E.r. Sees much worse than that, believe me, its nothing for them. Its the foreign objects in unspeakable places that will get them talking!
Seriously, all jokes aside this can be very dangerous for u. U need to go to the e.r. Today!

I used the Decolax(sp) suppositories to get the job done.  Than you don't have to refill the whole system again.
