Sorry I don't know how :( it's a pic of a lady that was 175 and is now 190 but is smaller! She looks amazing and has an amazing muscular body.
BMI is a formula that puts your height vs. your weight into a ratio. So technically it can't be a liar.
What is a lie is believing that your BMI tells you something definitive about your individual health. For those who can't see instagram, I have posted some similar stuff in the past. That is a picture where the girl looks fat and out of shape and is 175 and looks fantastic and fit and is 190. I have a link to an article with a similar picture:

And I posted some pictures of myself recently arranged from skinniest to fattest where you can see that the actual weights (all technically a 'normal' BMI) were all over the place showing the scale doesn't tell the whole story:

I think it's pretty clear that I was not fit and in shape at 225 and am healthier now at 125. BUT I have been every weight between 109 and 134 in the past 4 years and I haven't been my healthiest and fittest at 109 and my unhealthiest and unfittest at 134. My healthiest and fittest was 124-125, in fact. Then again, my I was also unhealthy and unfit at that weight too. (But 1 year apart.)
Once you get down into a certain range, the most important indicator isn't your weight, it's body composition!
