Hi Renee, thanks for chiming in! No, the fasting idea was really flimsy in my mind. I was never much into it for any reason - weight related or religious or other! So I am not likely to do it. Smaller more frequent feedings perhaps might be a good idea indeed. Since I wrote this post I lost a pound so hopefully I am on the losing side of things again. I think my body has some weird internal scale in it though.. fasting or not! It seems to think that I am good where I am at. No, my LBL is nowhere near scheduled. No worries there. I will schedule only when I am at goal - whatever that might be in the end!

All is well on my end. Hey, don't lose site of the fact that your body has let go of 76.2 pounds in 8 months. Its ok if it takes a break. I have noticed that when my body takes a break, it kind of shifts things around on my body. i.e. all of a sudden I go down a dress size or all of a sudden I actually had pits under my arms.
A friend who has been trough WLS suggested that when things start slowing down, I may want to start looking at percentage of weight lost as opposed to pounds as it may be a bit more encouraging... worth a shot I suppose.
