Onederland and mysterious vomiting

Hello everyone!

I was 10 months out on the 11th and hit 199 lbs on the same day. So all is well there, although my losing has slowed.

Any rate, so this morning I was getting off of work, I am a police officer, I get off at 6am. I felt good all night. I got home was taking off my gear and suddenly felt nauseous. I got as far as getting my shirt off and had to run to the bathroom. I puked up practically nothing for about 4 or 5 minutes. More like dry heaving the for the most part. It was weird! I ate some tuna around 230, but nothing with in the 3.5 hours after. When it was over I felt ok again. This is the first time I have puked since the day of surgery. 

Another thing is it felt like my body was trying to purge something that was stuck versus a sickly vomit, if that makes sense to you. I've never had anything stuck and did eat a lot of turkey jerky through out the night. wonder if that was the problem.

OH also my hair is still coming out at a decent rate, what the hell! when will it end??? I have noticed new hair growing though. I take hair, skin and nails supplements daily.

Any of you have a similar experiences?

How do you feel otherwise?  I had some vomiting and dizziness several weeks ago.  I finally figured out it was a virus because I felt like crap for several days.  It could have been an isolated incidence of something not agreeing with you.  If it continues call your Dr.  I hope you feel better.

Sorry for the late response. Otherwise I feel great. I'm chalking it up to an isolated incident, perhaps too much jerky or something just didnt agree.
