I am feeling very lazy this week. Could be the weather as it has been very rainy this week, could just be a slump.

- I am exercising twice a day this week

- I am cooking 1 new recipe this week

- I am running my 3rd 5k on Sunday night

- I am re-assessing my supplement intake as I have too many pills to take.

BTW, I saw Star Trek over the weekend (for me) and I LOVED LOVED LOVED it. Very rarely can I walk away from a movie and not think of anything they could do to improve upon it. I hope JJ Abrams keeps it going. I also saw Iron Man 3 (also for me) and I liked the movie but I felt like it was the worst of the 3.

I am 1 month out today, started on the tread on Monday,
Saw the Dr. Yesterday and he told me that the stall is to be

Expected...yes. Most common reason for them is water retention due to not drinking enough water. Make sure you are hitting at least 100oz also try increasing your healthy fats by 10 to 15g.

For me this week, I am...

-  Went to my therapist this morning to start regular visits.

-  Upping my water

-  Spending time with my horse

- and I bought "Just Dance" for my Xbox so I can start MOVING!!

Therapy is great. I know its also a very personal thing, but it would be really great if you could share what you find that you are comfortable with all of us.
