What are you doing for YOU this week?
- Sticking to a 2 week liquid diet even though it is not required by my surgeon
- Doing exercises to reduce stress and anxiety over surgery.
- Organizing my closets. For some reason.. this seems really necessary before surgery. LOL
- Doing one last trip to the store to make sure I have everything I need for when I get home.
Surgery in 4 and a half days!

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
Seeing the therapist for the first time ever TONIGHT! I'm nervous yet excited to get this rolling.
