What are you doing for YOU this week?

This has been a very challenging week. My weekly plan went to hell in a hand basket. My dad is back in the hospital again so I have been taking care of his needs instead of mine.
My goal for the week is to NOT let my emotions take over my eating plan. So far so good on that one.
Hit the gym Thursday, Friday and Sunday. This should help relieve some stress.
Set up a couple of PT sessions for next week.
