It's been a great year and I feel so much better having lost a small person, I still have 30 lbs to go but I am happy with my loss. It's funny how you catch yourself doing things you could never do as a fat person. I live on the beach and I have a beach chair low to the ground kind, well before my wt loss I could barely get out of the chair once i managed to get in it. Now it's absolutely NO challenge at all, I can fly out of that chair. Many other things come to mind, like hiking something I loved to do as a youngster and it's been 30+ yrs since I've been able to do any hiking without gasping for air and thinking I was going to die if I went another step. NOW OMGosh I hike up hills, walk long distances on the beach ALL without getting winded. I love my new body or I should say I love my old body from 30 yrs ago because it's BACK!

Loved what you said about having the "old" body back. I feel that way about my health/age. Seems like this year, in addition to dropping the pounds, I'm dropping the years, too. Love it!
