Joining the world of Bariatric patients!

Hello all! I have just been approved for my Lap Sleevectomy. I am two weeks out and started my liquid diet yesterday. I look forward to being a part of this group. I have gotten so much info already..and I work in a Bariatric office, go figure! I thought I knew alot until I started the process myself.

Any advice for this newbie!!??

Congratulations. Good luck with your liquid diet!

Have everything handy for after surgery. I overstocked. Even though I did the same thing when I had the band and never used half of it. So don't over do, you can't consume much.
