Ok, ow!

Starting this morning, I get a strong cramp in the left upper quadrant of my abdomen after I eat anything. It feels almost like a childbirth contraction. It comes on, works it's way to peak intensity, and then rolls off.
Doc and nurses are willing to chalk this up to co2 gas, but I wonder why I am only feeling this when I eat. Wouldn't co2 be present all the time?
The other thing I wonder is if it is my stomach's completely overblown attempt at peristaltic action. Sort of like it is contracting as hard as it used to when I had the whole stomach, but given it is so tiny now, it is overblown.
Anybody had this? Would love to hear theories. I anticipate seeing doc tomorrow am before discharge and will follow up some more then,

Thanks, Sara! Aside from this cramping, I am not having issues with my sleeve at all. I have had a little bit if nausea and some acid reflux, but that's about all. This hiatal hernia, OTOH, is giving me grief. Going home tomorrow. I feel confident that I can get the liquids I need orally. I wasn't feeling that way earlier today.
