S: more Iced coffee (I am being stubborn about eating today, plus I only slept a few hours last night so I need all the caffeine I can get!)
L: John's Italian Sausage & Veggie Soup (Double YUMO!) ![]()
S: Carbmaster Cherry yogurt if my sweet tooth kicks in, otherwise it will be a WW smoked string cheese & a few slices of light salami
D: I might stop by KFC to get some grilled chicken for dinner & a few extra pieces to last me the next couple of days (bawk, bawk!)

B: egg white omelet with broccoli and cheddar
L: didn't plan so bought a half rotisserie chicken from Dean & Deluca for $8...the half is HUGE though! It will easily last me a few days or maybe I will make a chicken salad out of it. I paired it with a little green salad with oil and vinegar

D: making baked ranch porkchops tonight with perogies for the husband (and house guest who is FINALLY LEAVING THIS WEEK) and roasted asparagus for myself :)
