B:  1 slice Oscar Mayer Smoked Turkey Breast Lunch Meat with 1 Sargento - Low Fat Colby-Jack Cheesestick

S:  ½ Dannon Light and Fit Blueberry Greek Yogurt

L:  2oz Mild Jerk Tilapia

S:  Premier Chocolate Protein Shake

D:  2oz Mild Jerk Tilapia

S:  Isopure Zero Carb Creamy Vanilla with Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk and 1 Tablespoon of Flax Seed

Water:  4 glasses so far

Vitamins:  Check

Exercise:  Tomorrow I start my 1st workout with a trainer.

Good morning ParisGirl.  Hope you are having a great day so far.  I am swamped at work but it's all good. 

B: Iced coffee w/Coffee Mate SF Vanilla Creamer, yumo!

S: more Iced coffee (I am being stubborn about eating today, plus I only slept a few hours last night so I need all the caffeine I can get!)

L: John's Italian Sausage & Veggie Soup (Double YUMO!)

S: Carbmaster Cherry yogurt if my sweet tooth kicks in, otherwise it will be a WW smoked string cheese & a few slices of light salami

D: I might stop by KFC to get some grilled chicken for dinner & a few extra pieces to last me the next couple of days (bawk, bawk!)

Happy Monday, folks!

B: egg white omelet with broccoli and cheddar

L: didn't plan so bought a half rotisserie chicken from Dean & Deluca for $8...the half is HUGE though!  It will easily last me a few days or maybe I will make a chicken salad out of it.  I paired it with a little green salad with oil and vinegar

S: organic popcorn

D: making baked ranch porkchops tonight with perogies for the husband (and house guest who is FINALLY LEAVING THIS WEEK) and roasted asparagus for myself :)

S: SF popsicles

Fluid: ok

Vits: gosh I'm really sucking with those

X: kickboxing tonight even though my thighs are killin from this weekend!!

D - have book club tonight at a microbrew place, maybe a cup of the beer/cheese soup?
