I'm 3 weeks out and am supposed to be getting 600 calories in but and finding it so hard! I'm also not quite hitting my protein goal. AND im in the dreaded 3 week stall. How did you guys get in your calories and protein at this point? Will it help me break the stall faster?

I'm 4 weeks out as of today and have been super-strict with myself about hitting my protein goals.  Now, my plan may look different because my doctor had me advance my diet to soft and hard proteins fairly quickly.  Here's what I do:

I have a protein shake each morning (21g); I mix mine with milk right now to get the extra 8g that comes from that.  So by the time I get to work in the morning I already have 29g in my system.   I do string cheese for mid-morning snack (7g) and then 2 oz. of some seafood, chicken or fish at lunch (another 10-14g).   I start my afternoon with an Isopure 8 oz. drink (15g) and usually do greek yogurt mid-afternoon (18g).   Then I wrap up my day with either 2 oz. hard protein or a soup that has 15-20g of protein in it (Unjury chicken is a good one).  Of course I'm doing water in between all this.  I aim for at least 80 oz. of fluid each day.

So what's that add up to?  Well over the minimum of 80 and more like 90+ depending on my choices each day.  My calories are typically anywhere in between 600-800.   But for now, it's the protein shake and the Isopure drink that are getting me there.

Are you also getting in all your water? I find that eating that much I can't drink close the amount of water they want me to drink. Especially with the rule 30 minutes before, and 45-60 minutes after.

I'm convinced part of it is that it takes me so long to eat (usually up to an hour with measured out portions), the other is that it takes me so long to drink still. This morning I had a shake and normally i can get them down fairly quickly, but it took me about an hour to sip my way through it.

Isnt it weird not feeling hungry? still getting used to it, and remembering to drink is harder too!

I always have a water bottle with me,and have even learned how many ounces are in each cup, bottle, etc. That way I can know for certain how much water I've had during the day.  The only time I put the water away is half hour before I'm going to eat, and then count down until I can have it again. It has almost become an addiction. I've been trying so hard just to get 64 ounces in, it hasn't happen since I was on full liquids. 32 ounces is the minimum to avoid dehydration, and I am easily able to do that, but have to figure out how to do more on a consistent basis.

I get in a minimum of 80 oz. of fluid a day (I include the shake and Isopure drink in that).  I've relaxed on the 30 minutes before thing because I find I can stop 15 minutes before and do fine (as I eat more food maybe that won't be the case). I'm pretty strict about not drinking anything for 30-45 minutes afterward; otherwise I get reflux real bad.

My water drinking starts around 5:00 a.m. when I get up to walk on the treadmill.  If I didn't start that early I don't know that I could get it all in by 8:00 p.m. at night (which is when I cut myself off).

I am also just over 3 weeks out (sleeved May 28th). I am also in the dreaded 3-week stall and I still find it hard to get in 600 calories a day. I'm getting closer every day, but it's not easy. I do however hit my protein goal and water goal daily because I know how important those two things are, so I make them a priority over everything else.

After getting out of the hospital I started drinking 2 premier protein shakes a day (each contains 30 grams of protein). So two of those gave me my minimum protein for the day. And now that I'm able to start soft foods, I am eating things like string cheese, shrimp and fish to get in more protein. I have been coming close to 80 grams of protein daily now.

I'm not sure if anything will help break the stall. I've been trying (exercising, increased water / protein) but nothing so far. I think it's just something we have to get through. Our bodies have been through a lot these past three weeks so it needs time to catch up. Of course this doesn't change the fact that it so damn frustrating lol.

Hang in there girl, you're doing great!
