I am in the home stretch of my weight loss. I have less than 40lbs to go, so its time to turn up the heat. Today I have:

1000 meters Rower
20mins Treadmill
Workout #2
Shuttle Run warmup
Bench Press (4 sets 10 reps)
Overhead Press (4 sets 10 reps)
Standing Row (4 sets 10 reps)
Triceps Pushdowns (4 sets 10 reps)
20 Burpees
Shuttle Runs (4 sets 2 left hand touch 2 right hand touch)
May squeeze in a late night run tonight if I can get a nap in
Pumping iron with the hubby later tonight. We're working on triceps and abs tonight. I wanted to fit in a run at my work gym but I forgot my gym bag
Edit: maybe since I get home earlier than my husband, I will do a little walk/run outside but damn it's hot today!

90 seconds burpies
1:10 planks
1:00 wall sit
3.5 mile run to follow!
