I am in the home stretch of my weight loss. I have less than 40lbs to go, so its time to turn up the heat. Today I have:

Workout #1 - Orange Theory (this is already done 6:45am this morning

TRX Squats

TRX Chest Presses

TRX Rows

TRX Tricep Pulldowns

Inclined Dumbbell Press

Dumbbell Curls

Dumbell Squats

Dumbbel Bentover Rows

Pushups

Burpees

Bicycle Crunches

Squat Jumps

1000 meters Rower

20mins Treadmill

 

Workout #2

Shuttle Run warmup

Bench Press (4 sets 10 reps)

Overhead Press (4 sets 10 reps)

Standing Row (4 sets 10 reps)

Triceps Pushdowns (4 sets 10 reps)

20 Burpees

Shuttle Runs (4 sets 2 left hand touch 2 right hand touch)

 

May squeeze in a late night run tonight if I can get a nap in

Circuit training 50 min. 

5 K on treadmill. 

Maybe swimming &/or water aerobics before 15 min. In sauna. 

I may do insanity if I have time today.

Pumping iron with the hubby later tonight.  We're working on triceps and abs tonight.  I wanted to fit in a run at my work gym but I forgot my gym bag cheeky

 

Edit: maybe since I get home earlier than my husband, I will do a little walk/run outside but damn it's hot today!

I too am in the home stretch for weight loss (see my ticker!). I have my eye on the prize and will not be relenting until the day I can come here and post "goal reached!"

today I have

80 squats 2x20 regular with weights, 2x20 plié with weights)

24 pushups

40 sit-ups 

90 seconds burpies

1:10 planks

1:00 wall sit

3.5 mile run to follow!
