Body Composition Analysis. Comparison between today and 5 months ago.
It varies with life. During the school year, I tried to get some movement in every day and generally took one day a week off. Sometimes, I didn't meet that goal because life happens. For the past several weeks things have been crazy busy so I've really only done my C25K runs 3X/week. This week both my kids are in camps and we have no visitors, so I've done C25K runs plus made classes at the gym.
I guess the answer to your question is "as much as I can." But really, I like to see myself do the 3 runs (at least through the 5K I signed up for in Sept--after that all bets are off), hit a class the other 2 weekdays, take Saturday off, and do a hike Sunday morning with friends.
