What"s Your Workout Today VSGers? -Thursday!
Well, since it was a) a wee little garter snake ( I think) outside which b, c) did not chase me, I did my walking DVD and some of those squats and triceps dips.
Does sitting count? UGH One of those weeks! I am finally down to 216 after that LONG stall but this week I am blah. Maybe because I am back from vacation? IDK.
I am slacking on my stand up sit downs- however I hardly sit to watch tv unless I am laying in bed trying to sleep. I am busy. I just sit at work.
I am going DTS (down the shore for you non Jersians) tonight to tomorrow night. I hope to go to the beach tomorrow and walk on that sand. What a work out that is! I am bringing my sneakers so I can go for a power walk late tonight or tomrorrow morning.
Luckily I don't really have plans for the holiday and I work on the 5th so I can behave food wise. I am usually good- usually. I was good in vegas so I know I can do it!
I am feelin blah today so my energy seems low also. I hope it changes come 4pm.
