I am so sorry for your loss. It is an emotional time for you indeed. Both of my parents have passed as well and I remember feeling a huge sense of responsibility when that happened. (I have an autistic cognitively impaired brother and a sister on disability). You are very fortunate to have that stellar support system there and I am also glad you are not beating yourself up about the food choices that occurred over a few short days.
