E-yes. Went down stairs to beach walked 1 mile, then climbed back up the 90 steps. Whew!!!

B: cottage cheese mixed with sugar free jello and cool whip. (Lovingly called White Trash jello)
Have not eaten since, and nothing is sounding good at the moment. For sure some fibergourmet crackers are on the list.
Need to figure out what I am going to make the family for dinner still. I love being off work because I can actually go to the grocery store to see what is looking good and on sale for the day. Now I just need to get motivated enough to actually do something about it! I also need to get motivated to do some exercise, but the hubby is home tonight and the weather is good, so a walk is in my future. I really need to take my vitamin while I remember it from typing to this post.

b 2 eggs scrambled with hummus, kale
s fuzzy navel protein shake with spinach and strawberries blended in
s mozzarella stick rolled up in deli ham
L grilled chicken thigh, tomatoes, yellow squash and zucchini
D home made chili with sweet potatoes 1/2 cup, 1/2 cup greek yogurt
S cup of skim milk
I was so hungry for something besides plain protein, that i made chili despite the hot weather
Exercise gym, Vites yes, fluids 10 1/2 cups so far, [protein and carbs good
