I cried my eyes out rocking my babies to sleep the night before my surgery. Partly because I was scared that something might happen to me during surgery (even though I'd had my gall bladder surgery just 2 weeks earlier) and partly because I knew that I was doing this not only for me but for them. I just got overwhelmed with emotion. I think it's normal.

You'll do great tomorrow and there's always room for one more on the losers' bench... because we're all getting skinnier! :)

This is just what I needed to hear. Thank you all! I know everything will be great. This nervous feeling is kind of cute...it reminds of being a kid when I had a band performance the next day or something. Hope I can sleep tonight!

Christine, this is weird, but I just read your post and saw your surgeon...I'm getting the sleeve procedure tomorrow with Dr. Folek as well. My surgery is at 10am. I'll be praying for you, until they put me out anyway. Best of luck to you and maybe we'll see each other for a walk! I've been reading the forums here for a year and never signed up until just now. They won't post until a moderator approves.
