Congrats! Welcome to the Century Club. I know you must be feeling so much better. 

Sometimes, when I carry something heavy I think about how I used to carry more than 100 lbs. with me everywhere I went before I had the surgery. It amazes me that I was able to walk and do as much as I did!

Sometimes I look at the meat in the store and think what 100 lbs. of meat really looks like. Shocking!
