What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Saturday!
I have two workouts today not sure what order yet.
Workout #1 - special hybrid workout. 135 lb barbell squats 4 sets of 10 reps, 4 sets of Chest Tornados ( isometric press, cable chest crunches, bent over heavy row), then abs, planks, stretching
Workout #2 I may have to do this on the treadmill because its raining. But I would like to do it at the track.
Doing as much walking today during errands as my energy level allows. Still a tad sore on my left side but not going to let that stop me! Fighting sacroilitis but the walking will be good for it.

Just got back from an hour of bicycling. I always try to ride at a speed where I am peddling consistantly. Got back right before a storm came in. If it lets up later, I plan to walk a couple of miles. I will do a couple of sets of light weights for my arms and some core work as well. I feel great today!!
I woke up really late today, close to 10:00 AM, because the kids decided that Alan and I needed more sleep. :) I guess we have been a bit grumpy lately. So they made breakfast for themselves and were quietly reading in their rooms when we got up. This is lovely, but it made me miss my planned workout today. Darn it.
I am just finishing breakfast now, two eggs, and will still head out to the gym but only for an hour. I am going to do an all over body workout today, starting with squats and lounges and cattle bells and finishing up with back shoulders and arms. I am considering starting to break my workout into two sections, upper and lower body on different days, but for now, this is still the plan.
