What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Sunday!
Just heading out for a 1 hour recovery spin. 105 miles yesterday in 6.5 hours. Not fast, but my legs are a bit sore today, so I feel like I did something! Then at 5pm I jump on a plane to India.

It is infesting that you say this now. I was talking to my friend who used to me Mr. Germany many years ego, so the man knows a few things about weights. :) He didn't really want me to do squats with weights at all. He told me that injuries happen all the time and although it's a great exercise, it is not really all that safe in the long run. He had me lie down on my back in the regular (not spine neutral) position with 100 pound bar on me, then he wanted me to thrust upward into a spine neutral position and squeeze my glutes at the same time. I got sore pretty fast and seemed to work for me. Just passing on a new exercise. He told me that he uses closer to 300 pounds when he does the same exercise and sometimes even more. Just wow. Even though the man is in his 60's, he still looks just like some of those pictures you keep posting.
