That's it! I'm tired of not being able to walk because of the heat or the dark. I'm going out today after work and getting the strongest flashlight I can find and going back to walking before work.

AM: PiYo was hard. I'm the biggest one there but I was working and giving it my all this morning. Sweating too!
Midday: Walk around outer loop of our office suites 30 min.
PM: I will try this: Stubborn Fat Cardio Protocol on my bike, which is:
■15 seconds all out followed by 45 seconds of low-intensity cardio
■Repeat 10-15 times
■15-30 minutes of low-intensity cardio
