What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Wednesday!
I did a 15 minute warm up on the arc trainer (interval level 3) then...
3 sets of shoulder press (15lb dumb bells). Alternating with 3 sets of hammer curls (15lb weights)
then 3 sets of good mornings (30lb barbell on my back) alternating with 3 sets of dead lifts (also will 30lb barbell)
then I did 5.5 mile run in 53:36. :). A great day at the gym! This was followed by 4 hours of drinking water and lounging at the pool...I got quite a good tan!
