Walked for 25 minutes of my 30 minute lunch.  Did much better pace today...the humidity was a million times better today!

Doing my treadmill tonight after I get home from dinner with my bestie!

Jenn   Highest weight: 278. Starting weight: 275. Surgery weight: 253. Month 1: 25 lbs. Month 2: 8.8 lbs. Month 3: 12.6 lbs. Month 4: 7 lbs. Onederland 7/29/2013. Month 5: 7 lbs. Month 6: 5 lbs. Months 7-9: self-induced maintenance, then 5 lb gain.

Great job!  It takes dedication to do anything when the humidity is high!

I did a 15 minute warm up on the arc trainer (interval level 3) then...

3 sets of shoulder press (15lb dumb bells). Alternating with 3 sets of hammer curls (15lb weights)

then 3 sets of good mornings (30lb barbell on my back) alternating with 3 sets of dead lifts (also will 30lb barbell)

 

then I did 5.5 mile run in 53:36. :). A great day at the gym!  This was followed by 4 hours of drinking water and lounging at the pool...I got quite a good tan!
