TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
This afternoon will be a walk to the park and I will do push-ups and dips while my kids play at the playground. And jumping jacks and jumping air rope.
Tonight is swimming. More (in water) dips and aqua jogging against the current of the lazy river they let us do that MWS the last hour the pool is open.
A glorious REST DAY! Although these really are so hard for me mentally, this week is the first week I actually feel like I really needed it. I ran more miles this week (21.5) then I ever have IN MY LIFE! Which is exciting in itself. But my right shin started feeling a bit twingy yesterday. I don't want to injure myself so rest it is. It's a step back week for me in my training as well, so I'm only slated to do a 4 miler tomorrow...then I big push forward this coming week to end my 8 weeks of 8k training with a 7 mile long run. I'm planning in repeating the week, and then diving head first into 10 Mile training the following week.
