Today's challenge is speed. If today is weight day, between sets do 10 jumping jacks as fast as you can. If today is cardio day, every 2 minutes give me a 20-30 second all out sprint. You can thank me tomorrow.

Feel better, buddy!  I am feeling better from my last two days of tummy troubles.  Did kettlebells last night but kept some of the weight down bc I was so unsteady, but I did the whole class and pushed through.

I'm trying to decide between kickboxing and a run today.  Probably kickboxing unless the nausea comes back.  Seems preferable to puke in someone's lawn than in front of a bunch of fighters :)

Had a kick ass workout last night.  I tend to skip my abs but my PT was having none of that last night. 

Today is cardio day so I will add in sprints to my workout.

      

Starting W: 320  Surgery W (9/12/13): 279.8.

UGH I am sick too! I don't know if I should work out or not. If I do its 60-75min of cardio. I feel weaker by the hour though. It's just starting =(

45 min Treadmill intervals, Leg Press 3 sets of 10, Leg Curls 3 sets of 10, SQUATS!!! still feeling the burn, and Abs.
