That's right, today is a four banger. I want you to work extra hard today and sweat. If you ar walking on the treadmill, give me 2% more incline than normal, if you at running I want a half mile an hour more speed, if you are weight training I want 10 more pounds. I want you saying "Hell Yeah" after your workout today!

no time for a run tonight unfortunately. I am going to try and get my 5k time down under 30 mins

What is a "Four-banger," please?

I usually put up two or three motivational images, today I put up four so I called it a four banger. A term from my youth and to be honest I do not know exactly to what it refers to. Could be a mechanics term for a four cylinder engine or a four barrel carbourator. I dont recall.

45 min swim at 6am through the steam rising from the pool.  It.  Was.  Awesome. 

Another swim tonight is the weather holds out.

I had the SEXY GLOW last night.

Killed it on the elliptical with the added sprints. Then did 15 min on the row machine.

Have workout tonight with my PT.  Doing upper body then 30 mins cardio.
