That's right, today is a four banger. I want you to work extra hard today and sweat. If you ar walking on the treadmill, give me 2% more incline than normal, if you at running I want a half mile an hour more speed, if you are weight training I want 10 more pounds. I want you saying "Hell Yeah" after your workout today!
