Tom/ or blood in urine?

I had the same thing happen right after surgery. I called the surgeon and said that I thought I had blood in my urine since I have the mirena and had not had a period in 14 years. Long and short of it I felt like a right Charlie because it was my long lost period! My surgeon must have thought I was a total nutcase!
