Weird question--boob pain.

No, there are no pictures, Keith, sorry. :)

I know I should ask my dr. about this and I will, but it's Sunday and I'm lazy and busy, so I don't know when I'll get to it.  Also, this is a pcp question and she is on family leave so getting an appt is a pain right now.

My left boob has a sharp, stabbing pain when I first take off my bra or when I lean forward without a bra.  This makes me think the pain is related to my weight loss and all the excess skin in that area.

Anyone else experience this?  It's only on the one side, and has been happening for a couple weeks, which makes me think it isn't just overexertion from exercise.

Thanks. :)

Losing weight releases hormones.  Perhaps there is a cyst in your boob area?  Hard to tell without having your doctor look at it.  I hope you're okay.

Me!!! I have had left sided pain for about 5 weeks. Went to the PCP, got a mammogram and ultrasound. They didn't find anything and couldn't explain it. Weird....

Hi...funny, but myboobs did that exact same thing for about a month when removing my bra at night.. All I could think of was that my boobs were being hoisted up more into unnatural positions due to their deflated ness...and when released from the confines of that.... I got pain. Happened daily, more often onright side than left...

 Went away after a month.

of course... Make sure no oozing, lumps, See dr  for regular care etc etc...

but mine went away after a consistent month.

i get sharp stabby boob pain all the time, i realized it was related to my cycle so i'm betting it's something hormonal.  ouch!
