Uggh, Monday. Hate Mondays.

B: Protein shake

L: 2.5 oz grilled chicken, sugar snap peas, a peach

S: hot tea

D: 1/2 leftover western omelette made at home, small mixed green salad

Water 6/12 are in, Vits are in, Jazzercise tonite

So far it's two poached eggs with 1/2 of 1/2 of a whole grain English muffin, a large peach, a cup of coffee and two red party cups of water. I also snuck about 8 raspberries. Turkey taco and refried beans for dinner.  I'm not sure about lunch.

S - Chike iced coffee with unsweetened almond milk

L - 6 shrimp with C-tail sauce

S - 6 shrimp with C-tail sause

D - 2-3oz of beef tenderloin with grilled veggies

L: 1/2 single serve packet of sweet n spicy tuna mixed with 1 T. guacamole; 2 prunes

D: 1/2 spinach feta turkey burger, 2 T. baba ghanouj, 1 babybel lite cheese

snacks: a couple of protein drinks, SF popsicle

W: on track

V: on track

X: planning on doing 30 minutes cardio (low impact aerobics) when I get home from work. If I'm feeling lazy I may change that to walking my dog for 20 minutes.
