B: 1/4 c. refried beans w/ 1 T. melted cheddar; 1/2 chicken jalapeno sausage
L: 1/2 single serve packet of sweet n spicy tuna mixed with 1 T. guacamole; 2 prunes
D: 1/2 spinach feta turkey burger, 2 T. baba ghanouj, 1 babybel lite cheese
snacks: a couple of protein drinks, SF popsicle
W: on track
V: on track
X: planning on doing 30 minutes cardio (low impact aerobics) when I get home from work. If I'm feeling lazy I may change that to walking my dog for 20 minutes.
