My training session today - it's kind of a big deal!

Have I mentioned I adore my trainer? I had a great workout today doing new machines and higher weights each session. He is really challenging me, and I love it. But - he is patient and kind and encouraging and I feel like I actually belong at the gym. I cannot believe myself, that I am doing this.
Two weeks ago, he did a handheld body fat analysis. I was at 40.8. Today, after five-a-week workouts, I measured in at 38.1!!!
He had told me that we should celebrate anything over 2%. I am celebrating! This is a big boost for me. The scale is in the doldrums again, but I will certainly take this.

Nice job!! I'm impressed you are doing 5 days a week with your trainer....that in itself is a victory!
