One month surgiversary

Its my one month surgiversary and I'm 186 today, that's 20 pounds down since surgery, however the majority of it was the first week. It's been slow going since. Each pound is a battle n I have hemroids from constipation. Ugh it's all bittersweet.

Great job sleeve sister!! 20lbs in 1 month is awesome!! Sorry about the hemorrhoids, I am having the same problem. Not from constipation though, still battling the diarrhea. Didn't even know you could get hemorrhoids from diarrhea lol Keep up the great work!!
