I had my surgery in South Florida. Hollywood with Dr. Thomas Bass. However, I live overseas now. Only got back on track yesterday with my program. Surgery weight was 296 and I am now at 193. Need to reach 150!

- build the muscles back and then undergo plastics most likely. It was great seeing your pictures as a reminder of what's on the horizon. Keep it up!

Pre-op/HW: 302- SW (7/16/2012): 296 lbs- GW: 160-150 lbs. Month 1: -32 lbs.- Month 2: -16 lbs.
