7:00pm Leg Day - Squats, Extensions...blah blah blah!
Had a GREAT morning!!! did a 5k on the treadmill this morning... my best time yet of 54:30. burned over 500 calories! :D happy girl!
I'm not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday!
