22 minutes on the treadmill speed was 3.0 incline of anywhere from 5.0-10.0 (196 calories burned)

then one hour of Kickboxing with Turbo Kick  (1144 calories burned)

 

Not sure if I am going back to the gym tonight or just staying in tonight

  I'm not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday!
