Got My Gain Back Off
The math doesn't work simply because my goal is not to just lose body fat but to also gain muscle and the standard approach does not work for that. It is simply impossible to build muscle on 600-800 calories per day.
I don't think there is anything hard about WLS at all, the hard part is that it is up the each individual to stick to their plan, whatever it is, and work toward there goal. The hard part is getting to the gym or the park or the living room floor to do the exercise. The hard part is making sure you eat what you planned and not whatever else is available. There are hard parts.
The hard part for me has been to find the right mix of things to help me achieve both my fitness and weight loss goals and still stick to something close to the 600-800 thing. Last week I got a little over zealous and it showed up on the scale. I posted this because I post my successes and failures. My intentions are just that nothing more nothing less. I am not trying to convert anyone to my way, I am not trying to encourage anyone to exercise. If I find something that works I write about it and when I do something that doesn't I also write about it. That's all.
