If You ARE a Fan of My Posts....please read THIS!

I don't always read the daily posts...in fact rarely...but I really like your advice style, I "get it" when you "say it"

Everyone understands and responds to different personalities and methods

I'm a self admitting wimp, If Jilian Michaels was in my life id probably run and hide all the time, I do not respond well to berating, condescension, or "mom tones"....hey..I got plenty of that growing up from my actual mom....she was a brow beater and made me feel like **** thus I shy away from any of those types (and i dont mean that bad in the least..like "THOSE TYPES" are bad, some people, in fact probably most!!! NEEED that type to get their butts moving!) 

I respond better to just plain ole simple normal talk, and you put it out there pretty simple without any of those "tones of type" (hey they really do exist!) 

I like them all but since I am not a pintrest person (A-E)   Thank you Keith for taking the time and energy to do these posts!!!! :)
