4 months post op

Hi OH family!! 

I just wanted to check in on my 4 month surgiversary!! I am 186 pounds, size 12. My high weight in April 2013 was 266 and surgery weight was 250. Month 1: 227; month 2: 207 Month 3: 191 and month 4: 186. I am no longer on HBP medication and no longer boarder line diabetic. I learn more each day but I feel great!! Wow, you look like a completely different person and it's just been 4 months. Congratulations on your weight loss, you look great. Definite inspiration for a pre-op like myself.

AWESOME RESULTS!!!
I'm also at 4 mos and down from 176 to 148. Month 4 has been really slow though! Only lost 3 lbs. I think I stretched my sleeve!?! What amount of food is your max? Just curious if your sleeve size is comparable.

My sleeve is VERY tight! I can eat 1/4 to 1/2 cup in one sitting. I still usually get only protein in, no sides yet.
