Thanks for posting your 4 month update  I had surgery in July and my loss has slowed right down to about half a pound a week.  I feel great but wish the loss was a it faster.  Its funny how we keep moving the goal posts as we go down the road.  Before my surgery I would have been happy to get down to 200 not that Ive hit that milestone I want to get down to 150 and at this rate it will take a couple of years to get there.  Why cant I be satisfied with my progress?  I guess its just human nature.  Thanks for your post.  Its good to see others progressing too.

I am so glad I had the surgery. The best I could do before surgury was to maintain my current weight.  Not gaining was a success preop.  It took so long to gain the weight and we want it off so fast.  I really need a bit more patience.
