100 calorie Premier Protein shakes at Sams
I just noticed them yesterday. 17 grams protein I think. They are not as cost effective as the regular version so buyer beware. The only thing I like about them is that I use shakes as snacks, and one regular shake is always left unfinished. So, an easy snack that is on plan no matter what plan you follow :)

No- for sure they are Premier Protein. I have a case now. I have not tried one yet to make sure it is the same formula though, but I will try one later today and post.

They are 8.25 ounces. Finally had one- it seemed not quite as thick as the regular formula, and much closer to chocolate milk. I like it better than the regular formula- less of a protein taste to it.
