Rest Day! Stairs and walking will be the extent of my exercise today! Tomorrow I am planning to start back with my 2 a day workouts!

One hour of kickboxing :)  burned over 1,000 calories :)  and walking whenever I can during the day... My fit bit keeps me motivated.

  I'm not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday!

What a difference 60 lbs and training makes!   Went to my dog agility class last night.  I have not run since May. WOW!!  Even coming off 7 weeks off from surgery with only a couple of weeks of light cardio, I am way better then last May.  Just imagine how much better I will be when I lose more weight! I am sooooo excited.

Today I will be doing my 30 mins of cardio.  Interval training on the elliptical. :)

I did the interval sprints posted yesterday. That was something! Also 50 minutes of strength training upper body.
